Report a Claim
To report a loss, please contact our office during business hours and we will be happy to assist you in the entire claims process.
You should expect to hear from an insurance company claims adjuster within 1-2 business days of reporting the claim. Be certain to make note of your claim number and the adjuster's extension for future reference.
If you are insured with Commerce Insurance Company, you may request to either have an insurance appraiser come to look at your vehicle, or if the vehicle is drivable, you can request to go to the drive-in facility at:
County Auto Appraisal
Wednesday 1:00 to 4:30 PM
|Whether you have substitute transportation coverage or you are seeking a rental vehicle from the other party's insurance carrier, please contact our office before renting the vehicle to avoid unexpected expenses.|
In the event there are any injuries, please notify our agency or your claims adjuster immediately. Your claims adjuster will help coordinate the payment of the medical bills.
Please complete all necessary paperwork as quickly as possible to help expedite your claim. This includes paperwork sent to you from not only your carrier, but the other party's insurance carrier as well.
If the damage amount exceeds $1,000, a Motor Vehicle Crash Operator Report must be completed for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Copies of this report must be sent to the insurance carrier, the police department, and the Registry of Motor Vehicles. We are happy to take care of this for you.
It is quite common for additional damage to be found while the vehicle is in the process of being repaired. The body shop repairing your vehicle must notify the appraiser in order to file for supplemental damage.
|If you have a glass-only claim, contact us and we’ll help set up an appointment for you.|
